The Renton Housing Authority offers a range of quality housing opportunities for senior citizens. Renton is based on income. Deductions for eligible medical expenses, and a utility allowance for normal usage.

(3151 NE 16th, Renton, Washington).

Applicants must be 55 years old and disabled or 62 and older. One bedroom apartments, rent-based income. Secured building, large community room, modern kitchens and laundry room. Rent is calculated at 30% of the monthly household income or $300/month minimum rent with a 600/month maximum.  A minimum of $800.00 a month income is required to be eligible. The security deposit is $200.00.
