The Renton Housing Authority offers a range of quality housing opportunities for senior citizens.

Rent is based on income.
 

Applicants must be 55 years old and disabled or 62 and older. One bedroom apartments, rent-based income. Secured building, large community room, modern kitchens and laundry room. Rent is calculated at 30% of the monthly household income or $350/month minimum rent with a 700/month maximum.  A minimum of $800.00 a month income is required to be eligible. The security deposit is $200.00.
