The mission of the Renton Housing Authority
is to provide decent, quality, affordable housing in a safe environment
to people with low incomes who make Renton their home. Through
partnerships with our clients, service providers and other groups, we
will responsibly increase and enhance our housing programs while
providing opportunities for those we serve to become self-sufficient.
Renton Housing Authority (RHA)
announces the availability of eight 4-bedroom, project-based Section 8
Housing Choice Vouchers for a property owner developing eight 4-bedroom
multifamily, townhomes, or single family units within the Renton city
limits to support the provision of affordable dwelling units (part of
the part of the Sunset Terrace redevelopment and Sunset area community
investment initiative.) Submittal due Friday, 02/24/2012 by 1pm.
