The mission of the Renton Housing Authority is to provide decent, quality, affordable housing in a safe environment to people with low incomes who make Renton their home. Through partnerships with our clients, service providers and other groups, we will responsibly increase and enhance our housing programs while providing opportunities for those we serve to become self-sufficient.

Utility consumption and cost data are used in calculating tenant rent for RHA programs that include an allowance.

An updated utility allowance schedule was completed January 7, 2008, under contract for RHA by National Facilities Consultants, Marietta, Georgia.

This new data is available for public review and comment for 60 days or until February 29, 2008. Interested parties may come to the office weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to see the documents.
